"Hello Mike, Kelly was very helpful in my questions regarding the Auto Renewals. WE ran through a number of certain issues that I might be able to change within my ability , given the big jump of costs after bringing down the last one of April 28. Kelly came up with some ideas I hadn't thought of and was able to make it a bit better for me to covering the current premium .
